Section 2(e) in Uttar Pradesh Sugar Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1971
(e)"person interested" in relation to a schedule undertaking acquired under this Act, means all persons claiming an interest in compensation to be made on account of the acquisition of that undertaking and includes a lessee of such undertaking:
