Section 1 in The Orissa High Court (Conditions of Service of Staff) Rules, 1963

(a)These rules may be called the "Orissa High Court (Conditions of Service of Staff) Rules, 1963".(b)They shall come into force on such date as the Chief Justice may fix:Provided, however that neither the validity nor tile continuing operation of any orders passed before these rules are brought into force shall be affected thereby.
