Section 56(5)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003

(a)During each inspection, the Commissioner shall endeavour to personally see every child in the institution, give every child a reasonable opportunity of making any request or complaint and take appropriate action thereon.
