Section 18 in Spicer Adventist University Act, 2014

18. Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.

(1)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be the principal finance, accounts and audit officer of the University.
(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified by the statutes.
