50. Quorum of meeting of Board.
(1) Unless a larger proportion is provided in the bye-laws, the quorum at the meeting of the Board shall be one-third of the total number of Directors subsisting on the date of issue of the notice for the meeting.(2)No business shall be transacted at any meeting including an adjourned meeting of the Board unless there is quorum at the time when the business of the meeting is scheduled to commence within half-an-hour from the time appointed for the meeting.
