Section 32(3) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(3)Shall supervise on the financial administration of Gram Panchayat and superintendence of Executive Administration and if found any irregularity come to the knowledge of Gram Panchayat and Gram Sabha.
