Section 5(1) in RIICO Industrial Areas (Prevention of Unauthorized Development and Encroachment) Regulations, 2003
(1)The officer authorised under Region 4(1), shall be empowered to get removed (he encroachment or the obstruction on any land with the help of any officials or employees of the Corporation, including the help of paid labour, in accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Act.
