1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), for filing confidential documents physically in a sealed cover and in a Compact Disk ("CD"), separately with electronic encryption and password protection.
2. By way of the present application, the plaintiffs seek to produce the following confidential documents:
(i) Non-Disclosure agreement signed between the parties;
(ii) Any other details of the business discussions, which is relevant (if at all) This is a digitally signed order.
The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 19/09/2024 at 10:20:33 to the present suit.
3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the defendant.
4. Considering the formal nature of the present application, it is directed that the plaintiffs be allowed to file the aforesaid documents as given in the preceding paragraphs in a sealed cover.
5. The Registry is directed to accept the physical copy in a sealed cover filed on behalf of the plaintiffs, containing confidential documents. The same be also placed on record of this Court.
6. Plaintiffs are also granted liberty to file an encrypted and password protected CD of the said confidential documents in a sealed cover. The Registry is directed take the same on record.
7. With the aforesaid directions, the present application is disposed of. CS(COMM) 895/2023
8. List along with CS(COMM) 792/2024 and other connected matters, on 09th October, 2024.
