Section 21(2) in Tamil Nadu Goldsmiths Social Security And Welfare Scheme, 2006
(2)The amount shall be sanctioned only if the following conditions are fulfilled, namely : -(a)only two children of a registered manual worker shall be given this assistance; and(b)the registered manual worker shall have no dues payable to the Board.
