123. Auditor's report to be sent to each member and considered by Board.
- The Chairman shall cause the report mentioned in clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 122 to be printed and shall forward a printed copy thereof to each member and shall bring such report before the Board for consideration at its next meeting.
