Section 216 in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
216. Protection of Operator.
- The employer shall ensure at construction site of a building or other construction work that an operator of every pile driving equipment is protected from falling objects, steam, cinders or water by substantially covering or otherwise or by other means.
