Section 55(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)The parents and relatives of the juvenile shall be allowed to visit once in a month or in special cases, more frequently at the discretion of the Officer Incharge as per the visiting hours laid down by him, provided that in case of newly received juvenile his parents, guardians or family members shall be permitted to meet juvenile on the day of their first visit.
