Section 153(2) in The Gujarat Co-Operative Societies Act, 1961
(2)An appeal against an order of a liquidator under Section 110 shall lie-(a)to the State Government if the order was made with the sanction or approval of the Registrar, and(b)to the Registrar in any other case.
