12. Mode of examinations.
(1)Theory examination shall be of three hours and practical examination shall be of four hours duration.(2)A candidate who fails in theory or practical examination of a subject shall re-appear in theory or practical as the case may be.(3)Practical examination shall also consist of a viva -voice (Oral) examination.
