Section 8 in THE RAJASTHAN ELECTROPATHY SYSTEM OF MEDICINE ACT, 2018
8. Resignation.-(1) Any member other than the Chairperson may at any time
resign his office by a letter addressed to the Chairperson and such resignation shalltake effect from the date on which resignation is accepted by the Chairperson.(2)A Chairperson may at any time resign from his office by a letter addressed tothe State Government and such resignation shall take effect from the date on whichresignation is accepted by the State Government.
