Section 52(1) in West Bengal Societies Registration Rules, 1963
(1)The chairman and the vice-chairman shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are conferred or imposed on them by the Act, the Rules and these bye-laws. and may from time to time, be conferred or required by the general meeting or the managing committee.
