Mr. Sawant, learned senior advocate appearing for the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited (hereafter "MSRDC", for short) has filed an affidavit, which discloses deliberation by and between the parties as directed by our order dated October 18, 2022. Unfortunately, consensus could not be arrived at in course of such deliberation.
2. Mr. Sen, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner takes exception to the calculation that is made part 1 1-wpl-13281-2022.doc of the affidavit.
3. The petitioner is granted liberty to take exception on affidavit by 10th November 2022.
4. List this writ petition high on board on 15th November 2022.
5. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till 30 th November 2022, if not directed otherwise in the meanwhile.
