Section 14(1) in The Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1983
(1)The Adjudicating Officer, on receipt of any report from the Authorised Officer relating to seized fish, if not disposed of, shall direct the Authorised Officer to sell the seized fish on public auction.
