Section 75(1) in Rajasthan Public Procurement Rules, 2012
(1)Subject to the provisions of any other law for the time being in force providing for disclosure of information, a procuring entity shall not disclose any information if such disclosure, in its opinion, is likely to -(a)impede enforcement of any law;(b)affect the security or strategic interests of India;(c)affect the intellectual property rights or legitimate commercial interests of bidders;(d)affect the legitimate commercial interests of the procuring entity in situations that may include when the procurement relates to a project in which the procuring entity is to make a competitive bid, or the intellectual property rights of the procuring entity.
