Section 23(1) in The Delhi Technological University Act, 2009
(1)The Board of Management shall be the principal executive authority of the University and, as such, shall have all powers necessary to administer the University subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes made thereunder; and may make ordinances and regulations for that purpose and also with respect to matters provided hereunder.
