Section 356(1) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)A State Road Safety Council or a District Road Safety Committee constituted under sub-section (2) or sub-section (3) of section 215 of the Act shall be a non-commercial, non-profit making voluntary organisation, [and shall be constituted as envisaged under sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 215 of the Act.]
