Section 57(1) in Rajasthan Public Procurement Rules, 2012
(1)To assist in the examination, evaluation, comparison and post qualification of the bids, the bid evaluat ion committee may, at its discretion, ask any bidder for a clarification of his bid. The committee's request for clarification and the response shall be in writing.
