Section 31B in The Delhi Development Authority Act, 1957
31B. Appellate Tribunal. [Inserted by Act 38 of 1984, section 6 (w.e.f. 24-2-1986)]- The Appellate Tribunal or Appellate Tribunals constituted under section 347 A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957), shall be deemed to be the Appellate Tribunal or Appellate Tribunals for deciding appeals under section 31C, and the provisions of section 347A and section 347C of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, and the rules made thereunder, shall, so far as may be, apply for the purposes of this Act as they apply for the purposes of that Act.
