Section 21(3) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006

(3)When a complaint is settled through mediation of the Electricity Ombudsman in pursuance of request made in writing by complainant and licensee through mutual agreement, the Electricity Ombudsman shall make a recommendation, which he thinks fair in the circumstances of the case. The copies of the recommendation shall be sent to the complainant and the licensee concerned. Such recommendation shall be made not later than 30 days from the date of the receipt of the complaint.
