Section 11 in The Cement (Quality Control) Order, 1995
11. Obligation to furnish information.
- No manufacturer or dealer shall, with intent to evade the provisions of this Order, refuse to give any information called from him under Paragraph 6 conceal, destroy, multilate or deface any books or documents or any cement kept by, or in the possession or control of such person.
