6. Forwarding the Budget.
(1)The Commission shall forward the State Government its Annual Financial Statement in December each year for the ensuing financial year.(2)The Commission may at any time during the year in respect of which a statement under sub-rule (1) above of these rules has been forwarded; send a supplementary statement to the State Government in the format as appended to these rules at Appendix III for the current financial year.
