1. The matters have been listed today i.e. 25.04.2026, since 03.03.2026 was declared a holiday in terms of Notification No.64/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 27.02.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that he has filed Counter Affidavit, but the same is not on record because of delay.
3. The delay be condoned and Counter Affidavit of Respondent be taken on record.
4. Written Submissions be filed by the parties within Eight (08) weeks, failing which the same shall be taken on record subject to depositing the cost of Rs.25,000/- with Delhi High Court Advocates' Welfare Trust.
