Section 3(5) in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(5)In any particular area or for a particular mineral,the Department itself collecting royalty through check-posts and any other system is in force, the driver or incharge of vehicle shall carry Royalty Receipt issued by the incharge of check-post in place of Transit Pass.
