(a)a Sarpanch or Up-Sarpanch of a Gram Panchayat or an office bearer of a Janpad Panchayat, of Zila Panchayat or a member of Legislative Assembly or a Member of Parliament or Chairman or Vice-Chairman of a Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti or President or Vice-President of any Co-operative Institution; or
