1. The matter is listed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [hereinafter "Mediation Centre"] today. Counsel for parties mentioned in the appearance above jointly state that parties are on the verge of settling the matter.
2. Mr. Harshit Thakur, counsel for Defendant No. 2 - Mr. Mayank Yadav states that Defendant No. 1 - 'BIM REVIT MODELING SERVICES' does not have legal status and is only a trade name.
3. In such circumstances, counsel for parties' state that they will record the above fact in the Settlement Agreement to be executed inter se the parties.
