% 14.05.2019 Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that there is a confusion regarding the identity of the defendant who had indulged in illegal acts. He seeks to withdraw the suit with liberty to file a fresh suit in case the identity of the concerned persons is revealed to the plaintiff.
Granting leave and liberty as sought for, present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
