Section 1 in The Himachal Pradesh Requisition of Immovable Property Act, 1987

(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh requisition of Immovable Property Act, 1987.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28th day of July, 1983.
