(2)The amount of fee payable in respect of appeal against adjudication orders made under the Act shall be as follows:-TABLE

(ii)	Rupees ten thousand or more but less than one lakh	Rs. 1,200
(iii)	Rupees one lakh or more	Rs. 1,200 plus Rs. 500 for every additional one lakh of penalty or fraction thereof subject to a maximum of Rs. 1,50,000.
