Section 13(2) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(2)A person whose name has been removed from the Register may within sixty days from the date of the receipt of the letter, apply to the Registrar for restoration of his name. He shall, in his application, state reasons for non-payment of renewal fee within the specified period.
