Section 75(1) in Tamil Nadu Inam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 58 of 1961), but subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the authorized officer shall, in the fixation of the ceiling area of any person under that Act, exclude any land in an inam estate.
