Section 18 in Pepsu Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1977
18. Termination of service.
- Except as otherwise expressly provided by the terms of a contract in any individual case, the State Government may terminate the services of the General Manager or the Chief Accounts Officer who is not a Government employee, by giving him six months' notice.
