Section 62(2)(b) in The Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985

(b)The [Commissioner of Customs] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 224(E), dated 25.3.2015 (w.e.f. 14.11.1985).] shall inform the issuing authority regarding the actual quantity of the narcotic drug or psychotropic substance, the diversion of the consignment of which was allowed under clause (a), whereupon the issuing authority shall, inform the country from which the export of the consignment originated.
