Section 250 in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
250. Registration of manufactory.
- Every manufactory of mustard oil, edible oil or edible fat or ghee or butter within Chandernagore shall be registered by the owner or the person in charge thereof in the office of the Corporation in such manner as the Corporation may from time to time direct.
