(2)The State Government may remove from office any member of the Board who,-(a)is or has been subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in sub-section (1); or(b)is absent without leave of the Board from more than three consecutive meetings of the Board; or(c)is in the opinion of the State Government acting in a manner prejudicial to the interests of the Board.
