98.
In the first week of every month the Chief Municipal Officer shall verily the balance of the cash book with the treasury pass book and initial the cash book in token of having made the comparison. The Chief Municipal Officer shall also make a physical verification atleast once in each month of all cash in hand in Municipal office with cashier and the valuable documents.
