Section 4(1) in The 'Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands' Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
(1)There shall be a Grievance redressal and dispute resolution committee for each local authority, constituted by the Government under subsection (1) of section 20 of the Act, comprising of a Chairperson, who has been a civil judge or a judicial magistrate and two other professionals as members.
