Section 7(1) in Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)No person shall allow or use his house as a paying guest accommodation unless he is registered with the Department of Tourism, in accordance with the paying guest scheme framed by that Department.
