Section 15(1) in The M.P. Dakaiti Aur Vyapharan Prabhavit Kshetra Adhiniyam, 1981
(1)When the property is attached under section 14, the owner thereof may, within three months of the date of knowledge of attachment, make a representation to the District Magistrate, showing the circumstances and the means by which the property was acquired by him.
