Section 4(1) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Allotment of Land and Structure of Market Committee/board) Rules, 2005
(1)The land of any structure may be allotted to any person, firm, Government, Department, Institution or agency either on lease or rent for a specified period.
