Section 116(2) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(2)An application for permission under this sub-regulation (1), shall be made in Performa given in form-I of the Third Schedule accompanied by two copies of an upto date plan of the area where such extraction is proposed, showing the proposed extent of extraction and the manner of extraction.
