Section 48(1) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1989
(1)No person other than an Engineer or a plumber licenced by the Board or an Officer authorised by the Board in this behalf shall issue a certificate for the execution of internal water supply connections of a premises.
