Mr. M.N.Parbat, learned senior counsel for the respondent No.6 informed that Manju Singh, respondent No.1 died before institution of this civil miscellaneous petition, on such, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for one week time to verify the fact and to file appropriate application.
