2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Pursuant to order dtd.24.02.2026, an affidavit has already bee filed by the learned counsel appearing for Opp. Party No. 3 with service of copy on the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. In the said affidavit, a clear stand has been taken that Opp. Party No. 3 after the death of her husband has not married again.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner prays for some time to obtain instruction and file a reply.
5. As requested, list this matter on 31st March, 2026.
