Section 17(2) in The Orissa Excise (Methyl Alcohol) Rules, 1976
(2)For receiving as well as for storing methyl alcohol wooden or stainless steel vats accurately gauged shall be permanently fixed in the room set apart for manufacture of methyl alcohol as well as in the room earmarked for its storage.
