Counsel for the petitioner has essentially prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents not to disturb the legal and peaceful possession over the Nazul Land lying vacant behind his shop which has been leased out to him by respondent No.5 after getting sanction from Government of Haryana.

The prayer made in this petition is for grant of injunction which may be sought from the Civil Court by filing a civil suit for permanent injunction.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition in order to take his ordinary remedy of civil suit in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
